This blog is my outlet for working through grieving and mental health. I'm not a medical professional, just an everyday human with my own struggles. My hope is that by sharing my educational journey, I'm able to help myself and others along the way.

ABOUT ME

I've recently experienced personal loss and traumatic events, which so many people do. To help me work through my grief and personal struggle with mental health, I've found that sharing my findings and feelings has been therapeutic. 

I've been told that sharing this publicly has helped others as well. So here I am doing something I never thought I'd do - writing a blog. 

I'm not a medical professional and I should not be considered an expert by any means. I'm just sharing my journey in the hopes that it helps me heal and makes others feel like they're not alone.
